I <3 Vectortuts! I would like to see weekly or monthly project idea for fans to work on. Finished project submissions could be tagged/posted into a photo gallery for fans to enjoy and gain inspiration from. If someone manages to have submissions for every week/month offer them a short interview on Vectortuts.

  • http://www.redrhinomedia.com John

You guys are awesome! I would like to see some stories of how the editors or any vector artist got started in their field. Kind of like an interview, but more of a quick intro to their beginnings. Most interviews seem to focus on current and future aspects of the artist’s career. I would like to see more of the beginning.

    overall great.. thank you

  • http://Schonert.dk Stefan Hans Schonert

The purpose of this site is to learn people how to get better at working with vectors, not to give out tons of freebies. I therefore don’t think giving out freebies will do any good. People who quickly check their Facebook during work hours, don’t have much time to view screencasts. I therefore think that posting quick tips on your Facebook page will have the greatest impact!

  • gfxmotion

i will like more cartoon character tutorials

  • Ryan Hancock

VectorTuts has been a great resource for learning and practicing various techniques in Illustrator design. I’ve only been using Illustrator for about 6 months now, but due in part to the many VectorTuts Illustrator tutorials, I have been able to make some pretty cool designs very quickly. It’d be great if they provided a few basics courses that deal real heavily with one design element per tutorial so that the more complex techniques can be handled more thoroughly. A subscriptions to the premium portion of your site would further develop my design skills. Thanks for providing us these invaluable resources.

  • Sander

    Love your site!

  • Maureen

And I would love to see freebies on the facebook page as well as more tutorials on integration between the programs, ie, Illustrator–>PhotoShop–>InDesign.
