the shiny screen look odd. but the rest is pretty cool :D

  2. Eli Prenten says:

Don’t want to be douchy, but it looks so pixelated for a vector :c

    • margaret says:

That might be due to the fact that the images in this post are jpgs and if the author resized them without making them smart objects in Photoshop you can sometimes get that pixelated look. I don’t think it has anything to do with the actual vector art you would create by following along with this tut.

Yes, some of those screengrabs are rendered strange. It has to do with the display of the effects applied to achieve certain elements. It was counterproductive to fix each screengrab throughout the tut. As you can see, the final illustration looks fine.

Eli, your comment cracked me up :P

    wow Jonathan’s tut :D

  4. Robiac says:

Perspective looks off…the MP3 player should ‘grow’ from left to right, based on the position of the vanishing point.

  5. Melody says:

I agree on the perspective..something so simple can make the whole design off..

  6. Really Works.. Thanks mate :)

  7. David Cuenca says:

    Nicely done!

I agree with first poster about screen, Id go for a more fading gradient but then again taste is always diffrent :)

    GJ!

  8. Protok says:

I think there’s some perspective issues, and looks pretty rare anyways!!!

  9. Protok says:
