Whats that book with the fish with a lot of bright scales? The fish ends up sharing them with his friends… Well this reminds me of that book. Does anybody know?

Can someone tell me how the tutorial is to be followed? I downloaded the files from the plus site. I did not see any step x step tutorial, just the end files and a ton of images that did show steps but how is one to use those images, is there a viewer or procedure?
