Learn to Create Illustrations For a Band
Album sleeve artwork has always been a great medium for artists, designing visuals to work alongside music and appeal to the right people. It can be a collaborative gem, working with a band or musician to create a package full of sound and vision. This tutorial details the creation of the CD artwork for the album called "Making A Scene" from the New Jersey based electropop band "The Title."

This is a High Quality Tutorial that Covers Making CD Album Artwork
I strongly recommend more artists approach bands to work together on album artwork, you can start anywhere, with your local DJs or young bands, or with the major record labels. Also, if you’re working with a band who are fresh, exciting and of the moment, then Adobe Illustrator is perfect to get creative with your design, illustrations, typography, icons, pretty much every element of the whole package! This tutorial covers the creation of the album CD cover in detail and also explains the creation of the rest of the CD booklet artwork as well.

Great tutorial. Keep them coming. I pity a band who would want artwork like this though
Sweetness!
This is vibrant and modern. I like it a lot.
You should really get rid of the points sticking out of “The Title” and text on back for this example… This can be accomplished by selecting the corner options in the line box.

Or by selecting a lower miter limit in the stroke panel.
looks great
Marchall, you posted before I could!
It’s features in Illustrator like the miter limit that people don’t know about because many times you simply don’t click on something unless you’re just experimenting to see what something does or someone hasn’t explicitly told you to use a certain feature.
Man, there seem to be more and more plus tuts coming out. Too bad – I can’t afford it right now.
