Hi Vonster

Great job, but not so many new techniques. Mostly a reminder that the old-fashioned pencil drawing is still the most essential part of the creative process.

Regarding the tablet I can definitely recommend buying the Intuos 3. With at steady hand like yours you would surely speed up the vector work dramatically compared to working with a mouse.

Thanks Jonathan.

Believe it or not I still like using my trusty wireless mouse. (Microsoftstool Mouse, my one and only MS product) I've used a Wacom and eventually want to move over to that but just haven't had time to figure out what I want. I know I don't like the "Cintiq" because my hand gets in the way of seeing the cursor and eventhough you can offset the cursor that just causes all kinds of wonky navigation issues.

I do like the non-draw-on-screen versions though.

Using "Xtreme Path" plugin for Ai by CValley Software makes creating vectors so much easier than even Ai own editing tools so I highly recommend it to speed up build times and create more precision vectors in a nice intuitive and fluid manner.

Von, you're a whiz with the Pen Tool. I like it!

Also, do you have a Wacom tablet? I just got the Intuos 3 11x6 to hopefully improve and speed up my drawing. (not that it's bad now but there's always room for improvement.)
