I just want to say that if I saw this tutorial on regular VectorTuts I wouldn’t have believed my eyes. But making it a premium tutorial? That’s just a slap in the face. I’m sorry, I can’t understand what makes this tutorial useful or educational enough to be in premium. I apologize to the author who has no guilt here, he just submitted his tutorial and Tuts+ accepted it.

The tutorial is more detailed than first impressions let on. It has many elements that teach lots of different skills and the final outcome is achieved in 40+ steps.

Premium aims for a mix of professional advice and advanced level rendering tutorials so you can sharpen your skills and your knowledge at the same time.

I read it again, paying attention to the details and whatnot. It doesn’t provide any advance or fancy techniques or advice. But, I think I see why it was published as premium. Anyone with really basic knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator can follow it and see the workflow. I still argue that it could have been done with a much better result, one that actually invites you to follow it and feel proud to finish it. Just as an ending note, I do agree that I mistakenly equated Premium to advanced, which as the great Courses you offer show, isn’t necessarily true. Anyways, I really appreciate most of the work everyone in the Envato team puts out, it’s just this kind of tutorials really stand out as not looking as good as the others, but in the end I do trust your judgement. Thanks for the replies.
