And the text effect can be done with one layer of text using the appearance panel adding a stroke, moving the stroke behind the fill, raising the stroke weight, and then using transform on the stroke. You can then edit the text one time and change everything instead of editing two different layers. Dynamic live effects. Peace> I agree with the others about its simplicity.
