I really learned something new.
That Offset Path effect in the Appearance panel took me by surprise.
I totally ignored the the Offset path effect. I almost did not know about its existence. Needless to say, I had no idea that it can be used so easily in the Appearance panel. I always worked with the Object > Path > Path Offset Path options.

Thank you for this tutorial, this is a completely different approach to the one I’m used to take, and I think yours is much more flexible! Will definitely try to work more with the Offset Path effect as well :)

So is this scalable? Because it mentioned some raster effects, I’m totally unfamiliar with Illustrator, just photoshop for me… So, can this be scaled to be bigger or not? Thanks
Yes, the effects will re-render when you scale the item.
